A Recipe from Tara’s Kitchen: Holiday Cinnamon Spiced Sugar Cookies

Posted on December 13, 2018 by Justin Serrano

One of my favorite parts of Christmas is baking cookies with my children, an activity we save for Christmas Eve. When I make cookies with my kids it is such a rewarding time and the conversations are always so amazing. While I make the cookie dough, my boys pull out all the cookie cutters. Then I roll out the dough and the boys take turns pressing the cookie cutters into the cookie dough. But the best part of making Christmas cookies (after eating them, of course), is the decorating. And my husband always joins in when it is time to decorate. By the time we are done, we have a plate of delicious cookies and special family memories.
